1. Introduction

   These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use (the "User") of the Parq Vancouver Poker Room facilities, services, and products (collectively referred to as the "Facilities").

2. Eligibility

   To access the Facilities, you must be at least 19 years old, provide valid identification, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Responsible Gaming

   The Facilities promote responsible gaming practices and provide tools for users to manage their gaming activities, including voluntary spending limits, time-out periods, self-exclusion options, and session alerts.

4. Account Management

   To use the Facilities, you must register an account in person or through our mobile app, providing accurate contact information, proof of identity, and meeting all required documentation. Your account will be activated after review and verification by Parq Vancouver Poker Room staff.

5. Security Measures

   We employ robust security measures to protect user data, including encryption protocols (TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES), secure payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant), and regular security audits by Trustwave.

6. Game Fairness

   Our electronic shufflers, gaming equipment, and surveillance systems are subject to monthly testing and certification by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI-19) and quarterly fairness audits by iTech Labs with public certification GLI-PARQ-2024-BC-447.

7. Customer Support

   Customer support services operate 24/7 through multiple channels: in-person at the Guest Services desk, dedicated poker room phone line, live chat on mobile app, and email with guaranteed responses within four hours during business hours.

8. Language Support

   Primary operations are conducted in English, with additional language support available for Mandarin, Cantonese, French, and Punjabi through specialized staff members, multilingual signage, and professional translation services for VIP players and complex transactions.

9. Gaming Rules

   Parq Vancouver Poker Room adheres to the BCLC's regulations governing gaming activities, including rules regarding table limits, game stakes, and payout schedules. All games are governed by standard casino protocols, with clearly defined odds of winning and house edge calculations made available upon request.

10. Deposit, Time-out, and Self-Exclusion Policies

    Users can voluntarily set spending limits from CAD $50-$5,000 daily, choose session time alerts from 2-12 hours, opt for cooling-off periods (24-72 hours), or self-exclude themselves for a minimum of six months to permanent.

11. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Facilities, including copyrights and trademarks, remain with Parq Vancouver Poker Room or its licensors, who reserve all right to protect their interests under applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

    Parq Vancouver Poker Room is not liable for any damages arising from user errors, breach of these terms and conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control, except as expressly provided by law.

13. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and Canada applicable thereto, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles.

14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

    We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.

15. Entire Agreement

    This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Parq Vancouver Poker Room regarding your use of our Facilities and supersedes all prior communications, whether written or oral.

By using the facilities of Parq Vancouver Poker Room, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to time.
